I'm starting a new workout routine 5.17.10 entitled MIND|BODY|SPIRIT - A LIFESTYLE MAKEOVER

Too much of my daily energy is absorbed before I give myself any time or focus on my core.

Essentially, I need more balance and equal distribution of energy to the aspects of life that warrant it -- not the ones that don't.

Tomorrow AM, I'm reclaiming...Mind, Body, Spirit everyday before I do anything.
